I have cervical disc issues and IBS, so digestion is always tough for me. I usually rely on prune juice instead of medicine, but big bottles are too sugary and heavy. This small-sized portion is easy to drink, convenient to carry, and doesn’t overwhelm my stomach. Drinking more makes it work even better, and although my stomach felt a bit active at first, it was much gentler than other prune juices. It felt like it cleared old waste and reduced bloating. If the price were a bit lower it’d be perfect, but honestly—this is my go-to when I want to feel lighter and healthier. Thank you!

I started using this because of IBS and that uncomfortable feeling of incomplete digestion. Now I’ve stopped all my other supplements and only take this. I keep it at the office—one in the morning when I arrive, one before leaving. I tried the smaller ‘premium’ size because I thought a full pouch might be too much, but it didn’t work as well, so I switched back to the original. The best part? It doesn’t push you suddenly. It feels like your system is clearing out naturally, and my stomach issues have decreased a lot.

One warning: you must drink enough water. If not, you may actually get backed up for a few days. And don’t swallow it all at once without water—I once chugged it too fast and felt dizzy and tight in my chest. Divide it into a couple sips and drink plenty of water. When taken properly, it works incredibly well.

First of all, since it comes in tablet form, it’s easy to take. The amount is a bit large, but since you need to drink a lot of water anyway, it’s not really a problem. You just have to be mindful about drinking plenty of water to have a comfortable bowel movement without constipation. The increased volume helps a lot with constipation. I personally have IBS and was worried it might cause diarrhea, but I didn’t experience any side effects like that at all.

I’ve been repurchasing and taking this for almost two years now. I consistently use the original Daejangsarang, and it proves the same effect and effectiveness every time.
1. The standard dose is two packets a day, but once your body gets used to it, one packet a day is often enough.
2. At first, you might feel sudden stomach movement and rush to the bathroom, but after taking a few more packets, you’ll keep taking it because of that satisfying, complete bowel movement.
3. It’s easy to take, and you can split it up and take it slowly with water.
4. Once you fall in love with Daejangsarang, you’ll end up stocking 3–5 boxes and never forget to bring it with you, whether you’re traveling or on a business trip.
Once you get used to it, you actually enjoy taking it because of the effect. I also struggled with IBS and various bowel issues, but after meeting Daejangsarang, I lost weight and now live a worry-free bathroom life. I strongly recommend it—though it would be even better if it were just a little cheaper, haha.

My IBS was so severe that I honestly tried everything. Even taking probiotic yogurt every day didn’t help much. Then I happened to learn about psyllium. I assumed it would be hard to take, so I specifically looked for a tablet form. I read the reviews carefully before buying. For the first two days, I couldn’t tell if it was working, and I felt disappointed because I was just drinking a lot of water and feeling bloated. But around the third day, my stomach started to feel more stable, I was able to go to the bathroom regularly every day, and the lingering feeling of incomplete evacuation disappeared. I only bought a 30-pack just in case, but now I think I’ll keep taking it 😊

I still have plenty left, but there was a sale so I bought more anyway. As I mentioned in a previous review, I have IBS, and when constipation hits, I suffer for days at a time. I’ve only ever taken prescription laxatives before, and this is my third psyllium product—but this one works the best for me, so I keep taking it consistently. I’ve tried both expensive and cheap options, but this one is reasonably priced and the most effective, so I’m very satisfied. It’s not forced, watery stool—it’s healthy poop.
