I’ve finally settled here. I tried everything that’s supposedly famous probiotics, prune products, you name it. In the end, for healthy and regular bowel movements, nothing beats psyllium. I’ve tried powdered psyllium too, but it tasted so bad that it would come back up when I took it in the morning. This one is in tablet form, so it’s easy to take without any burden.
A friend told me it’s good to take the day after overeating and gave me some to try. After that, I bought three boxes!!! I feel like I’ll probably buy more even after finishing those three boxes, haha.
